Job Context:
∎ This is a full-time Marketing Executive role for Tent Holidays, located in Dhaka. This is a hybrid role, which means that some work from home is acceptable. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing activities and campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Marketing Executive will also collaborate with Founder & CEO to provide creative solutions and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling in bound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
∎ Issue Airline ticket
∎ Visa Processing
∎ Arrange tour package
∎ Client problem solve with good manner
∎ Marketing plan for sales growth
∎ Use digital platform perfectly for marketing
∎ Create and manage segmented customer and trade databases and mailing lists
∎ Monitor Customer Satisfaction and agree any Market Research with CEO
∎ Measure performance of marketing activity against clear goals and target
∎ Work with CEO management to create new opportunities for growth

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years of experience in Airlines industry marketing field
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns and activities, conducting market research, and analyzing data
∎ Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO/SEM
∎ Ability to think creatively and contribute to the development of marketing strategies
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

∎ Must be knowledge in Air ticketing

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Monthly commission on sales target
