• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate, Architectural Firm.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Previous experience in any Real Estate, Architectural Firm business company or with telecommunication providers like Bkash, Robi, Grameenphone, or Banglalink will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and other telemarketing techniques.
• Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and requirements
• Provide detailed information about Supply & Construction Of Steel & Civil projects.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
