Responsibilities & Context:
1. Market development and customer expansion: Responsible for developing new customers within the designated areas (such as hospitals, elderly care institutions, medical device distributors, pharmacies, online medical platforms, etc.), and achieving the sales targets set by the company.
2. Product promotion and academic support: Capable of professionally explaining product features, advantages, and clinical value to customers (medical staff, purchasing managers, administrators), organizing or participating in product promotion meetings and department meetings.
3. Channel management and maintenance: Establish and maintain stable customer relationships, manage the dealer network, and ensure the health of the channel and stability of the pricing system.
4. Market information collection: Gain a keen insight into market dynamics, competitor information, and changes in customer demands, provide timely feedback, and offer decision support for the company's product and market strategies.
5. Sales process management: Complete the entire sales process from customer engagement, negotiation, bidding, contract signing to payment collection.
