Job Context:
∎ GIM, a service brand of eJogajog Limited, is focusing on various areas of supply chain including transportation, inventory, logistics etc. eJogajog launched an online marketplace for commercial transportation through which we are envisioning to transform the supply chain industry in Bangladesh by designing a technology platform where both the customer and service providers will match their needs in real-time basis to ensure higher utilization and efficiency.
∎ GIM is looking for Market Development Lead for its Product and Market organization. Market Development Lead will directly approach revenue target of the company from new and untapped markets. Market Development Lead will ensure the service education among new and existing users, trip creation from customer end, bidding from partner end and end to end matching to complete the trip.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
∎ Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
∎ Researching prospective accounts in target markets
∎ Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
∎ Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
∎ Partnership building with various ecosystem partners on a win-win basis.
∎ Training business development staff

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Must be flexible- we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
∎ Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written (both Bangla and English), presentation, and active listening.

Salary: Negotiable
