Experience:

• At least 25 years

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• At least 25 years

• Age 50 to 60 years

• At least 25 year(s) prior experience in inland transportation, inventory management, distribution, logistics, consulting or similar industries;
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with foreign and local clients in the transport management and logistics sector;
• Must have experience to work with top-level of Japanese Management;
• Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the culture of Japanese Companies;
• Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 Certification required).

• Communicate with Bangladeshi and foreign clients to ensure and provide market overview for the sectors of transportation management and logistics;
• Report to (Head Office) about monthly activities including inland transportation, inventory management, distribution, logistics, consulting, operational challenges, financial and non-financial issues of the Bangladesh Office;
• Research and identify new distribution & logistics channels and market segments to expend the business operation in Bangladesh;
• Monitor the comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of the goal of the company by cost-effective planning and execution of activities.
