Job Responsibilities:
Evaluates market information and situation to find new scope to improve Fish Feed Business.
Visit potential dealers and customers for new business opportunities as frequent as possible.
Do the needful evaluation & research on the existing feed market situation.
Give necessary technical support to the pisciculture and dealers.
Ensure Individual Sales of Feed Products as per given target by the management.
Ensure collection against sales as per company policy.
Resolve all customer queries and provide proper guidance to them where required.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and market trends for the knowledge of higher management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase fish feed sales and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the aquaculture industry.
Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to improve product offerings.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.
