∎ Expert in handling banking issues
∎ At least 10 years of job experience, especially in multinational companies, CA firm or as a professional with CC.
∎ At Least 5 years of working experience in a renowned company as a Manager (Accounts & Finance).
∎ Capable of the overall Accounts & Finance department handling.
∎ Knowledge about Returns as per requirement of regulatory body i.e. Tax & VAT authority, RJSC etc.
∎ The applicants must have sharp knowledge about Inventory Monitoring Import and Export LC related Transaction.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ TCL Group, a group of companies based on constructions, Agro and ICT industry is looking for immediate recruitment for Manager/Sr. Manager who will be responsible for all Financial and accounts related activities of TCL Construction Projects from Head Office at Dhaka.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
∎ Handle day-to-day accounts and financial records.
∎ Handle taxation matters efficiently.
∎ Demonstrate good knowledge of accounts receivable and payable.
∎ Good knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit) and export-import operations.
∎ Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.
∎ Handling internal & external auditing and preparation of documents.
∎ Ensuring records are maintained in proper manner.
∎ Comprehensive understanding of financial models, financial analytical report, data and information.
∎ Monitoring of Cash Flow and Fund Flow as per company policy.
∎ Establish and continuously improve accounting system.
∎ Check all general ledger and other relevant documents.
∎ Process all voucher through proper accounting code.
∎ Familiar with ERP Accounting software operation.
∎ Budget preparation and product costing.
∎ Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules and SROs issued by NBR from time to time.
∎ Produce management report to top management on daily basis and as per management requirement.
