Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Adequate Experience in Accounting Software., Business Communication, Buyer Handling, Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export Import Loan Management, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Reporting, International Banking, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare and analyze Monthly Financial Statements for respective companies and submit to the Management.
∎ Responsible for ensuring reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Financial Aspect.
∎ To Supervise and assist all accounts personnel and their daily works so that, they able to perform their work smoothly.
∎ Monitoring the financial performance of the operation on the company's ERP/ Tally, analyze data, and prepare reports for the management and ERP Automation.
∎ Liaison time to time with the higher authority as well as the Management for taking any decision, change, rectification of the accounts of respective company.
∎ To prepare various types of financial report and submit to the higher authority as well as the Management and any other department of the company as required.
∎ To Ensure Accounts receivable and payable through ERP system.
∎ Liaison with the factory staff for collecting various types of accounting information for conducting regular work smoothly.
∎ Prepared the salary and Wages, verification & Finalization.
∎ To Monitor month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts;
∎ Supports budget and forecasting activities of the group.
∎ To Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
∎ To maintain buyer/Party wise Accounts and reconcile on timely manner.
∎ Good knowledge about International banking and international trade.
∎ Good Knowledge About Master L/C, BTB L/C & Export/Import Adequate knowledge on tax & Vat of manufacturing concern.
∎ To Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Conducting Statutory or Special Audit
∎ Managing and overseeing the VAT and Taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, and Internal Control System.
∎ TDS and VDS calculation on subcontract party bill, prepare and submit monthly TDS & VDS reports accordingly
∎ To prepare report regarding related to daily Export, Bill Submission, Realization, Bill under Collection and Document outstanding and update record keeping accordingly i.e. Export-Import MIS
∎ To coordinate with Commercial/Marketing/Merchandising/Purchase/Store department for smooth functioning.
∎ To Work with various department heads to upgrade internal controls, reporting systems, corporate policies & procedures and implementation of the same where needed.
∎ To Maintain and preserve proper filling systems for Banks/NBFIs and other Finance related documents and related source vouchers.
∎ To maintain EDF, Short term loan, GAP Finance, OD, LATR, Term Loan, OBU, LIBOR, SOFR, UPASS and PARIPASSU.
∎ To Maintain accounts by using accounting software (Tally, ERP)
∎ To perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office, Internet & e-mail and ERP Software.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.
