Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science (MSS)/ Gender studies/ Sociology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-10 Years in NGO's/ Relevant field.
∎ The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid driving license to go field visit frequently.
∎ Having excellent interpersonal skills, report writing in English with computer proficiency and capable to ensure Human Rights for policy mobilization and access to land.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and work in a team and be flexible in challenging situation.
∎ Able to pick up the problematic ideas from among the rural poor people and contribute to achieve the Economic, Social, Cultural Right (ESCR), Civil & Political rights.
∎ Experienced on Land rights and Mobilization will get preference.
∎ Good facilitation skills and knowledge and experience in participatory.
∎ Good team building capacity and decision making skills.
∎ Good interpersonal communication and leadership skill.

Salary: Tk. 36000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After successful completion of six months probation period, she will be regularized with other benefits as per Organization's policy.
