Job Context:
∎ Community Development Association (CDA) a Northern based NGO in Bangladesh accountable for implementing "Sustainable Organization for Land rights and Agrarian Reform (SOLAR)" Program requires a Manager (WEGAD) with field experience in Land Rights and Woman Rights. Qualified women candidates having skills on Institution Building, able to develop Concept Note & Policy Papers writing on Women in Land Rights issues, to make influence the women of the rural areas. ∎ Only short listed candidates will be invited for written & oral interview physically at the Central Office in Dinajpur.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 Years in NGO's/ Relevant field.
∎ The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid driving license to visit the field level and sometimes may stay at the field level as a learner from the realities.
∎ Having excellent interpersonal skills, report writing in English with computer proficiency and capable to ensure Women Human Rights for Policy Mobilization and Access to Land Rights as Human Rights.
∎ Able to pick up the problems and all other conflicts issues of women from the rural areas and contribute to prepare plan design curriculum to achieve SDGs/CFDAW aligning with the Economic, Social, Cultural Right (ESCR), Civil & Political Rights.

Salary:
∎ 40,000/- for 6(six) months` probation period.
