Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' degree in any discipline.
∎ Candidates having Travel and tourism related degree or training in airlines ticketing is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the overall operation of the travel agency.
∎ Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase the travel agency's visibility and attract more clients.
∎ Hire, train, and supervise a team of professionals to deliver excellent services.
∎ Liaison with foreign agencies/airlines/embassies.
∎ Monitoring compliance with airline regulations, policies, and procedures, and take necessary action to ensure adherence to these standards.
∎ Ensuring renewal of Licenses in time.
∎ Make sure that customers are attended to properly, understanding their need, give them proper advise and solutions and ensure that reservation and ticketing activities are properly handled according to the need of customers.
∎ Smooth handling of holiday packages, and coordinate group requests in support of Sales team.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa Processing.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Hajj/Umrah/Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the team and others accordingly.
∎ Have experience in group ticket arrangement.
∎ Provide complete travel service solutions to clients.
∎ To develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate the travel agency's Marketing Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures.
∎ Coordinating and resolving issues like ticket re-route, re- schedule, re- issue, refund etc.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies and IATA related operations
∎ Have updated knowledge about international tour packages
∎ Excellent at dealing with clients over phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 10 years in IATA accredited travel agency's reservation and ticketing department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas of reservation/ Ticketing in a Travel Agency and/or Hajj & Umrah Agency
∎ Should have strong leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should have smart & smiley face with presentable personality.
∎ Should be well groomed and well mannered.
∎ Should be honest, trustworthy and hard working.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style.
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
∎ Skills required: Airline Reservation System (GDS) on Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo.
∎ Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email correspondence in English and Internet browsing.
∎ IATA/BSP Customer Portal activities.
