Job Context:
∎ Department: Residential Campus
∎ Job Location: BRACU Residential Campus, Savar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support and coordinate all types of Security and Logistics Management related activities for BRACU.
∎ Plan and execute all the relevant task to ensure 24/7 monitoring of the campus.
∎ Monitor internal and external safety and security of the campus, gather intelligence and act accordingly.
∎ Responsible to act as a liaison between BRACU and concern government law enforcing agencies for any matter related with security of BRACU students, staffs, faculties and guests
∎ Be prepare to manage any crisis arising within and outside BRACU related with students, faculty and staffs
∎ Responsible to monitor all safety, security and protocol activities of BRACU and report regularly
∎ Lead and train the security personnel for general campus safety and emergency preparedness
∎ Be prepared to undertake logistics responsibilities required for running university administration
∎ Maintain the fire and safety protocol, make sure all the firefighting equipment are in good condition to handle any emergency situation
∎ Keep daily liaison with Ansar and make sure they are performing their duties efficiently

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in the field of security and logistics management
∎ Non-commissioned defense background is preferred
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla, both speaking & writing is must
∎ Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and desktop applications
∎ Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
