∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should be capable of all distribution and sales setup in perspective of Bangladesh.
∎ Capable to build the new distribution setup in ICE CREAM sector particularly.
∎ Achieve the sales targets as per the company's sales goal.
∎ Market survey. Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.
∎ Capable to prepare sales budget and re-forecast the value of the target of the company.
∎ Able to selecting Right Distribution and Sales Channel.
∎ Develop new customers by identifying new business opportunities & prospects.
∎ Retain customers by ensuring better support.
∎ Develop the sales team and help them achieve their respective sales targets.
∎ Collaborate with the team members to achieve better sales results.
∎ Ensure after sales and delivery service.
∎ Follow up the collections from various customers as per the agreed payment schedule.
∎ To prepare sales MIS report & to present it to the management for periodic review and necessary action & prevent.
∎ Study the competitors & various market activities for keeping abreast with market trends
∎ Review the sales performance periodically & submit to the Management.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Ensure availability of stocks by coordinating with the production department regularly.
∎ Monitoring customers on a regular basis to ensure better support.
∎ Any kind of the customer’s complaints, objections on quality & distribution.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Gather relevant feedback from the customers/ prospects & share with the internal team members for necessary action & decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be target oriented and able to achieve the target of sale.
∎ Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
∎ Be an excellent communicator.
∎ Be able to respond well to pressure think creatively.
∎ Should have a representative attitude and prompt in communication.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and oral and written English communication skill.
∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
