Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for all kinds of local and foreign suppliers sourcing, procurement planning, budgeting, cost analyzing, goods procuring, and inventory monitoring.
∎ Maintains a professional relationship with suppliers, Collects materials samples from the supplier, and conducts an effective market survey for cost-effective procurement.
∎ Analyzing purchase requisitions, collection of quotations from a supplier based on the requirement, quotation evaluation, ensuring zero deviation in price negotiation, preparing a comparative statement for taking Management Approval.
∎ Follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, Warranty Products, or returned materials.
∎ Prepares monthly / quarterly / yearly inventory plans and ensures a proper warehouse management system.
∎ Preparing monthly reports as per requirement.
∎ Communicates with commercial regarding LC-related issues and also settles down cash payment issues in coordination with accounts and suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
