∎ Job Requirements
∎ 1. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. a valid driver's license and Bike may be an advantage.
∎ 2. Proper knowledge about Company and Company Products.
∎ 3. Must have good Communication skills both Bengali, English and Native Language skills.
∎ 4. Must bring your most recent updated CV (Recent passport size photo must be included).
∎ 5. Two-wheeler license may be required. Strong understanding of territory-specific market dynamics.
∎ 6. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals for the designated territory.
∎ 7. Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to maximize sales opportunities within the territory
∎ 8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and excellent service.
∎ 9. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers to expand the customer base within the trade market
∎ 10. Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
∎ 11. Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to successfully close sales deals
∎ 12. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the territory to identify opportunities and challenges
∎ 13. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities within the assigned area
∎ 14. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and sales activities
∎ 15. Smartphone usage & app knowledge for reporting and communication
