Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The company is looking for smart, self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who can successfully lead the sales team to perform at their best to achieve their goals.
∎ 1.     Making yearly business plans and lead for execution.
∎ 2.     Distributing annual sales targets among the sales team and motivating them to achieve the sales targets.
∎ 3.     As per requirements visit the market and follow up the sales forces activities for how to increase our sales.
∎ 4.     Must have the ability to setup Distribution Network, build strong and long-lasting relationships with distributors.
∎ 5.     Always searching the gap market and try to recover it.
∎ 6.     Follow up party wise and SKU wise monthly sales reports.
∎ 7.     Monitoring SR wise daily secondary sales, delivery and collection.
∎ 8.     Implement new product establish strategies and implement all cost control and damage reduction strategies.
∎ 9.     Arrange the monthly sales meeting.
∎ 10.  Train and develop the junior colleagues.
