Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA in sales and Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the marketing team and monitor their performance; train and motivate the team members for continuous improvement of performance and achieve sales target.
∎ Manage the sales team and guide them in achieving individual as well as company goal.
∎ Allocate sales target to individual team members and take appropriate actions to ensure plan conformance.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning process.
∎ Should have the ability to develop ideas and strategies to improve business and meet the company objective through achievements.
∎ To provide excellent leadership, take enormous initiatives and build up efficient Sales Team
∎ Travel & explore extensively to identify potential market for new sale opportunities.
∎ Build positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business.
∎ Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability.
