∎ Minimum Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Makes sales plan that drive measurable incremental occupancy and increase sales target.
∎ Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and maximize profitability.
∎ Develop, sell and close new corporate accounts through the team.
∎ Develop relationships with different corporate decision makers such as Managers, CEOs, CFOs, Directors of procurement, etc. and motivate them through buying the products.
∎ Develop relationships with different Dealers, Architect firms, Developers, Private Projects etc. for marketing & sales of products
∎ Deploy prospecting strategies to gain new corporate customers.
∎ Swiftly respond to leads generated from marketing efforts and personally develop self-generated prospects in order to maintain an active and sales-generating pipeline.
∎ Grow revenue with new customers by playing an active role in value proposition selling and contract negotiation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the field of Bathroom & Kitchen fittings, Tiles, Marble Granite will be preferable

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
