1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across domestic and international markets.

2. Market Research & Business Development: Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and footwear industry opportunities to develop new customers, markets, and business partnerships.

3. Customer & Distribution Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional buyers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.

4. Marketing & Brand Development: Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand development aligned with market demand and company objectives.

5. Sales Performance & Team Management: Lead the sales and marketing team, monitor sales KPIs, prepare forecasts and reports, coordinate with production and supply chain teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment and achievement of business targets.
