∎ 5 to 7 years’ relevant & progressively responsible work experience. Relevant work experience with Chattogram-based reputed companies will be an asset.
∎ Must have proven networks within Chattogram business & civic community.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Strong interpersonal, networking & leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute communication strategies and campaigns to promote vision, mission, values, and achievements of Labaid.
∎ Write and distribute press releases, speeches etc. to inform and engage the public.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, key stakeholders and socially important persons.
∎ Coordinate with digital marketing team, ensuring timely coverage in social media.
∎ Organize events, such as press conferences, open days, tours, and interviews.
∎ Handle queries/complaints from the media and the public in a professional & courteous manner.
∎ Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect reputation of the organization in case of emergencies or adverse incidents.
