∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid license to visit the field frequently and habituated to stay at the field.
∎ Ability to work whole time pressure with team wise and be flexible in challenging situation with risk.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on computerization, good interpersonal communication and leadership with English speaking.
∎ At least 7 Years working experience in Development /Human Rights NGOs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Community Development Association (CDA) is a NGO in Bangladesh implements “Sustainable Organization for Land rights and Agrarian Reform (SOLAR)” a core Program requires a Manager (PMES). Qualified Candidates having skills on bottom up participatory planning to organize rural poor at the grass-root level to constituency level for their institution building planning, self-monitoring and evaluate their actions by developing indicators and appropriate tools & leading materials for systemization in CDA’s program.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 42,000/- during probation period.
