- The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid license to visit the field frequently and habituated to stay at the field.·
- Ability to work whole time pressure with team wise and be flexible in challenging situation with risk.·
- Must have sound knowledge on computerization, good interpersonal communication and leadership with English speaking.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Community Development Association (CDA) is a Northern based NGO in Bangladesh implements “Sustainable Organization for Land rights and Agrarian Reform (SOLAR)” a core Program requires a Manager (PMES). Qualified Candidates having skills on bottom up participatory planning to organize rural poor at the grass-root level to constituency level for their institution building, self-monitoring and evaluate their actions by developing indicators and appropriate tools & leading materials for systemization in CDA & its CBOs program.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: 42,000/- during probation period.
