Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient delivery of patient care.
∎ Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance staff competency.
∎ Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction levels, implementing measures to continuously improve the quality of care.
∎ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure interdisciplinary coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
∎ Manage nursing resources effectively, including staffing levels, equipment, and supplies, to meet patient care needs and budgetary constraints.
∎ Stay abreast of developments in nursing practice, technology, and healthcare policies to drive innovation and excellence in patient care.Qualifications and Requirements:
∎ BSC in Nursing.
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience is required. 3 years experience as Nursing Supervisor is mandatory.
∎ Registered Nurse (RN) license in Bangladesh; additional certifications in nursing management or administration highly desirable.
∎ Proven experience in nursing leadership or management role, preferably in a hospital setting.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of nursing practices, standards, and regulations.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

∎ Role Overview:
