Job Context:
∎ Manager, Marketing & Sales (PET bottles & Packaging for the manufacturing industry)
∎ Job Location: Abrar Plastic Industries Limited:- Uttar Khan, Gazi Para (Balur Math), Uttara, Dhaka - 1230, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore and develop new corporate customers for our pet bottles.
∎ To deal with the corporate buyers independently for all aspects of marketing activities including marketing, sourcing, price quoting, negotiating, collecting orders, shipment etc.
∎ Cost calculation & price negotiation with the buyer. Follow up with buyer for feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Keep close liaison with the buyer for all the activities like order booking, processing, order follow-up & export planning etc.
∎ Monitor and assist in the development & creation of new buyers for expanding the business.
∎ Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Must be able to understand the main challenges of a denim sustainable production process as well as the marketing process.
∎ Able to take different marketing strategy and customer base in consultation with management.
∎ Optimize order profile to maximize profitability.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Ensure excellent communication with Buyer for any technical clarification, when is required.
∎ Develop commercialization plans to ensure effective implementation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Mainly responsible for the handling of ASB 12M V2 ZC machine.
· Leading Manpowers.
· Responsible for production and process activities planning as per load condition, target achievement and to increase productivity.
· Moulding Process, Mould Parameter setting & Mould loading and unloading, and Plastic Technology.
· Control & Discipline in the shift.
· Production planning alignment with schedule adherence.
· Trouble shooting on molding problems.
· Maintain & Upgrade Process Parameters.
· Knowledge and awareness about shop floor practices.
· Efforts to improve productivity and product performance.
· Maintain “5S”&" kaizen" activities on Shop floor.
· Maintaining production & quality documents.
· Analysis of process and parameter.
· Analysis of new raw material trials.
· Keeping track records of mould and machine maintenance.
· Do such technical up-gradation accordingly.
· Maintain the machine condition parameter, production parameter and cycle time tracking.
· Build new technics to upgrade the system and in full compliance, if the manpower doesn`t mess up the total organisation.
· Try to be depended on the system and technology for reducing the man power.
· Maintain the product quality and according to the product quality & production load keep track record of our QC checking.
· Following production planning and execution chart to avoid any rush or hurry work which might raise defects on product quality parameter.
· Keeping track records of production and wastage from the machine.
· Ensure proper training and maintaining plant compliance.
· Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback from staff members.
· Supervise and maintain data entry and internal database of the factory (client details, and record of our factory machineries etc.)
· You must make daily and monthly Product Delivery and Production report separately for each company according to their given format.
· Co-ordinate repairs to factory equipment.
