Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement strategies to engage with current and prospective customers.
Must be target-oriented and have to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Identify potential new customers / markets to increase business and follow up accordingly.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & periodical reports.
Ensure business growth, customer satisfaction and customer retention;
Regularly visit potential doctors and institutes to promote the services for boosting up the sales.
Organize different events - Seminar, Symposium, CME, RTD, Health Camp, etc.
Develop and maintain B2B & B2C business;
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor and collect information of competitor activities.
Ensure frequent visit and maintain good relationship with Corporate Organization/ Doctors/
Clients to achieve sales target.
Collect and analyze market research data to identify new opportunities for potential growth.
Acquire knowledge on Health Check-up packages & other services.
Ensure transparency in all kind of deals / transaction.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
