Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Law preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construct different types of agreement i.e., MOU, Power of Attorney, Deed of Agreement, proofreading and process legal documents, commercial agreement, Baina / Lease / Sale Deed and providing legal opinion.
∎ Take necessary Step for Land Mutation, Land Tax Development, Power of Attorney, Deed of Agreement, Mortgage Deed Preparation and Registration.
∎ Prepare affidavits or other company documents, such as legal correspondence, and organize and maintain documents in paper.
∎ Apartment Registration, Mutation, Holding Tax etc. service provide to client after handover of Flat.
∎ Visit all the govt. regulatory office to verify the legal documents.
∎ Coordination with Registree office, Land office, Bank, Financial institutions, Rajuk, City corporation office, Wasa office, Desko office, Gas office, RJSC clearance in respect of any issue in favor of company.
∎ Take necessary step and assist to subordinate to collect Approved plan and various clearances from RAJUK and all other concern authority related to real estate and property business i.e. Utility Connection, Electricity, Water, Gas, fire, civil aviation, environmental etc.
∎ Visit prospective project, check feasibility report for upcoming project and submit to management with opinion.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on Law and Government
∎ Minimum 10 Years Hands on experience in property/ developer business.
∎ Computer Skill (MS Office), Negotiation, Reading Comprehension, Writing, Active Listening, Coordination, Judgment and Decision Making
