∎ Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
∎ Conduct surveys by calling lost or closed customers and other relevant data sets.
∎ Receive and address inbound calls via the hotline, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
∎ Collaborate with sales personnel to gather updates on potential customer interactions and progress.
∎ Follow up on pending leads or inquiries to ensure timely closure.
∎ Record and update customer details and communication history accurately in the iDial system.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to the manager on database activity and call outcomes.
∎ Accurately capture and process incoming leads to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
