Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.com), Master of Commerce (M.com), Master of Business Administration (MBA In Accounting 0r Finance) from Public University.
∎ Training/Trade Course: CA, ICMA Preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts and Finance, Audit, Internal Audit/ External Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing internal / external control system and standard operating procedure (SOP) for all functional departments of the organization.
∎ Adopt and implement internal and external audit standards as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
∎ Preparation and implementation of Annual Audit Plan (AAP) subject to the approval of The Management.
∎ Recording and updating Business Risks, Compliance Risks, Credit Risks, Technology Risks and Reputation Risks etc.
∎ Supervision of internal /external audit team including control system.
∎ Finalization of internal/External audit report and submission thereof to the Management.
∎ Suggesting corrective measures in case of deviations in the control system, SOP and substantive areas;
∎ Conducting efficiency audit of all functional departments based on the annual budget and KPIs;
∎ Ensuring value for money through substantive audit procedure;
∎ Reporting, recording, summarizing and analyzing errors, omissions, frauds, non-performances and non-compliances for placing to the management and board for decision making and corrective measures;
∎ Conducting Project & Factory audit continuously and reporting thereof to Management.
∎ Ensuring regulatory compliances;
∎ Suggesting precautionary measures in any particular case or in general to any or all departments or the management regarding risk appetite of the organization;
∎ Preparation & submission of statement as per the requirements of the Management.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and audit, Internal/External Audit, Inventory Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant Construction/ Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Proficiency in Office applications and ERP.
∎ Should have a good communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
