∎ Ability to use self-initiative.
∎ Have excellent attention to detail.
∎ Ability to organize, plan, and strategies.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
∎ Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
∎ Construction estimating or finance experienced is added advantage.
∎ Should have experience in QS Engineer at mega construction projects.
