Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all administrative work under guidance of Management
∎ Develop internal control function for auditor(s) to implement audit program and procedures.
∎ Check different types of audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually for the use of the top management.
∎ Work with various department & business unit representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
∎ Preparation of budgets and control procedure.
∎ To develop a follow up process to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for deficiency.
∎ Responsible for implementing the whole Accounts and Financial audits.
∎ Checking the procurement, Import - Export and Disbursement procedure.
∎ Recommendations according to findings.
∎ To develop a follow up process to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for deficiency.
∎ Pre - check of Bill, Voucher, Party payment etc.
∎ Identify the problems and report to the Top management timely.
∎ Preparation & submission of statement as per requirement of Top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Honesty & loyalty is a big preference here.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Modern System Adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ Willingness to visit factories frequently as and when required.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 65000 (Monthly)
