Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all administrative work under the guidance of Management
∎ Need to issue gate pass.
∎ Logistics Management
∎ Work with various department & business unit representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
∎ To develop a follow-up process to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for deficiency.
∎ Checking the Import - Export, and Disbursement procedures.
∎ To develop a follow-up process to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for deficiency.
∎ Pre-check bills, Vouchers, Party payments, etc.
∎ Identify the problems and report to the Top management timely.
∎ Preparation & submission of statements as per the requirement of Top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Honesty & loyalty is a big preference here.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Modern System Adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ Willingness to visit factories frequently as and when required.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 55000 (Monthly)
