Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Hospital manager who can hanlde all of the department of a hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily administrative works.
Ensure smooth service delivery to patients.
Maintain employee attendance & leave record.
Prepare duty roster/work schedules of staff.
Devise and implement administrative plans and policies.
Ensure prompt supply of medical and office equipment.
Monitor staff`s performance.
Address quires of patients & resolve their issues.
Ensure a patient-friendly environment and monitor quality of services.
Assist All the Seniors in the Hospital & do all administrative functions properly.
Perform any other task assigned by the authority.
Work Station: Eurolab & Hospital, Kamarpara, Turag, Dhaka.
