Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design visually appealing graphics, marketing materials, social media creatives, and brand assets.
∎ Create and edit short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
∎ Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for promotional content.
∎ Work with Adobe Illustrator to create vector illustrations, logos, and infographics.
∎ Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaign ideas.
∎ Ensure visual consistency across all designs and video materials.
∎ Design social media creatives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
∎ Develop visually attractive ad creatives for Google Display Network (GDN) and digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Create digital banners, digital flyers, and other promotional materials.
∎ Work with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver designs on time.
∎ Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure timely revisions.
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all digital materials.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
∎ Strong storytelling sense with an understanding of pacing, sound, and visual impact
∎ Basic animation and motion graphics skills are a plus
∎ Knowledge of social media content formats (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
∎ Experience working in a news, media, or content-driven environment is highly preferred
∎ Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)Photography or cinematography experience
∎ UI/UX or web design knowledge
∎ Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools
∎ Understanding of SEO for video and visual content.
∎ Manage multiple design tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
