∎ HSC, Diploma in Hotel Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all F&B and day-to-day Kitchen program operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
∎ Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
∎ Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
∎ Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures.
∎ Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
∎ Comply with all health and safety regulations.
∎ Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
∎ Report on management regarding sales results and productivity .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience as a food & beverage manager in 3-5 star local and international brands hotels & Restaurants.
∎ Foreign experience people are get preference.
∎ Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
∎ Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
∎ Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
