Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum MBA concentrating in Finance from any reputed and recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and establishing sound and transparent Accounting, Financial and Internal control system for the company.
∎ Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment.
∎ Prepare and follow up Financial Reporting, review financial results, monitor & take action to ensure the profitability of the businesses.
∎ Determine appropriate Finance strategies in all business segments towards maximizing the Company revenue.
∎ Protect the integrity of the business by the systematic application of the Company's internal control procedures & ensure full compliance.
∎ Handle External & Internal Audit as well as vast knowledge on Bangladesh Audit Standard and regulations.
∎ Maintain liaison with the stakeholders to ensure accurate cross-billing and day-end reconciliations.
∎ Verify all financial reports and ensure that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
∎ Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the Company.
∎ Maintain banking relationships.
∎ Capable to prepare feasibility study of every new venture.
∎ Preparation of Purchase & Procurement policy for the company.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 (five) years of relevant experience in Finance Department in a reputed Real Estate Company/MNC/Large local organization or Group of Company.
∎ In-depth understanding of cash flow management.
∎ Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
∎ Have vast knowledge on Income Tax and VAT.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge on Internal Audit & standard regulations.
∎ Presentable personality, well-groomed, courteous and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of Accounting Software i.e Tally or EPR.
∎ Commendable documented communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bangla.
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities are required to run the Finance activities smoothly.
∎ Ready to work extra hours irrespective of Duty schedule based on emergency situations.
