Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in Accounting
∎ Must be professional qualified accountants ACMA/ACA/ACCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain financial and accountancy records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
∎ Audited accounts preparation and management.
∎ Tax and VAT independently management.
∎ Oversee daily financial transactions, track the flow of funds into and out of the company, and process payments as necessary.
∎ Manage and prepare Costing, Pricing and budgetary control.
∎ Handle the invoicing process for clients, ensuring invoices are accurate, delivered on time, and payments are received in accordance with payment terms.
∎ Maintain a thorough record of remuneration and rates for the company's international employees, freelance service providers, and other suppliers, both individuals and entities, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
∎ Process payroll and business expenses, ensuring each is handled in a timely, efficient, and compliant manner.
∎ Prepare monthly bank and payroll reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
∎ Conduct financial analysis to understand trends and make recommendations for cost efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge of M.S Office (Especially M.S Excel).
∎ Applicants must have a sound knowledge of VAT and tax.
∎ Should have experience with accounting software/ERP
