Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
∎ MBA in Accounting or Finance from any Reputed University.
∎ Professional accreditation with CIMA/CMA/ACCA/CA or Partly qualified accountants with proven track records may also be considered as deserving.
∎ Skills Required: Budgetary Control,Business Analysis,Finance/ Accounts,Financial Reporting

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Feed Industries, Manufacturing business
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closing accounts to generate financial and management reports to disclose business performance and position monthly, quarterly, semi-annually & annually.
∎ Costing of products and services, preparation of master budget and monthly comparison of flexible budget and actual results along with variance reporting and analysis.
∎ Conduct cost-volume-profit and financial analysis continually to assess the financial health of the companies and reporting along-with corrective measures and actions follow up by concerned departments.
∎ Analyze financial information to produce business forecasts, industry, and economic conditions to use in making informed decisions.
∎ Prepare action plan for investment based on financial analysis.
∎ Consolidate and analyze financial data, considaring company’s goals and financial strength.
∎ Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and analyse process .
∎ Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
∎ Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within broader scope.
∎ Coordination and updating taxation and other corporate and regulatory issues in connection with financial management issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Skills:
∎ Conversant in Taxation and RJSC Issues.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications.
∎ Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects with strong follow-up skills.
∎ Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work within team at fast paced, dynamic environment.
∎ Command over presentation, reporting and communication skills.
∎ Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, diagnosis, corporate finance analysis.
