Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master's degree in relevant academic field.
∎ Professional training related to DFS/MFS/Fintech will be of added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the overall DFS operation in the designated Branches & providing front line technical support to the Branch Staffs.
∎ Motivating the frontline Branch staffs towards achieving the Digital transaction target with regular Branch visits.
∎ Troubleshoot various on-field operational problem with the coordination with the technical team & DFS team.
∎ Conducting the necessary DFS training for the field staffs of BURO Bangladesh.
∎ Executing various on-filed DFS campaigns to promote Digital Financial Services among the BURO Members.
∎ Ensure various logistics & other supports in case of any marketing communication campaigns and training programs where required.
∎ Communicating with the Head Office regarding any kind of opportunities/challenges of the filed & follow up if necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidates should have the experience of minimum 2 years in the field of Mobile Financial Service, Digital Financial Service, Alternative delivery channel of Bank, Fintech industry or Telecommunication.
∎ Pertinent knowledge of digital financial services (Mobile Financial Service & Agent Banking) in Bangladesh.
∎ Sound knowledge of handling technical issues with expertise.
∎ High degree of personal initiative & motivation and setting personal standards of excellence.
∎ Communication skill in both oral & written and proven time management aptitude is essential.
∎ Should have the fluency in both Bengali and English.
∎ Should have the necessary skill in E-Mail, MS Office and other computer & mobile application
Salary:
∎ During Provision period 33,500/= & after service confirmation as per organization`s policy
