Experience:
Must be CMA partly/fully qualified or have completed the CA course.
ITP (income tax practitioners) holder and VAT consultant pass will get preference.
Overseeing the day-to-day operation & activities of all accounts and the financial activities.
Maintained cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, and overall accounting operations in Tally ERP Software (Prime)
Processed supplier payments and ensured accurate payroll preparation with compliance on payroll tax and deductions.
Prepared monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management review.
Ensured timely submission of Withholding Tax (Sec:177), Monthly VAT Return and Company Tax Return (Sec:180) with all required documents.
Ensuring that the company is fully compliant with Taxation, RJSC, and Internal and External audits.
Liaising with all relevant Departments and Business Units on a range of issues.
Ensuring the recording of all purchases and relevant expenses.
Preparing Financial Statement as per IAS
Generated analytical reports and presented findings to management as required.
Ensure Bank Reconciliation.
Preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Monitor the whole accounts and finance requirements of selected concern.
Provide Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends in order to assist the Management.
Meeting all the official Accounting documents & statutory Auditing requirements including internal audits by implementing functional systems, monitoring and achieving cost reduction
Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying vital and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
