Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
∎ • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
∎ • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
∎ • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
∎ • Excellent organizational skills.
∎ • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
∎ • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
∎ • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
∎ Skills Required: Effective Communication, Excelent presentation

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ability to lead, manage and coordinate a Team effectively and to manage the departmental activities.
∎ • Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
∎ • Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
∎ • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and plans.
∎ • Creation and publication of all marketing materials in social & print media in line with marketing plans
∎ • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns in consultation with Management
∎ • Ability to perform overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
∎ • Monitoring & reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications
∎ • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launching
∎ • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed in line with marketing and company objectives
∎ • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
∎ • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good market knowledge, sound sense of business and economy
∎ • Ability to understand and formulate effective business strategy and ensure implementation
∎ • Must be self-motivated and self-driven having a daily Work Plan in place and addressing company’s welfare and profit and customer satisfaction
∎ • Ability to conduct timely business development meetings, follow up the work of the team members and ensure work and marketing plans
∎ • Finding new avenues of business and new client base so as to strengthen the business of the company
∎ • Ability to write and prepare drafts, campaigns, contents, and work for building the image of the company with an aggressive and proactive manner.
