∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values. This includes defining the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage. Prepare press releases, media kits, and other materials for media distribution.
∎ Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various media channels, including social media, websites, press releases, and marketing collateral. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
∎ Develop crisis communication plans and be prepared to respond effectively to any negative publicity or brand-related crises. Manage communication during critical incidents to protect the company's reputation.
∎ Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media mentions, and online sentiment to gauge public perception of the brand. Use this data to make informed decisions and adjustments to communication strategies.
∎ Manage the budget allocated to brand and media communication initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies.
∎ Supervise and mentor a team of communication professionals, including graphic designers, content creators, and public relations specialists. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior management, to ensure alignment between brand and overall business objectives.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this information to make strategic recommendations for brand enhancement.
∎ Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand and media communication efforts. Regularly report on progress and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
∎ Al least 6 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or media communication, with a proven track record of success.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in media monitoring tools and analytics.
∎ Crisis communication experience is a plus.
∎ Creative thinking and the ability to think strategically.
