Job Responsibilities:
∎ ARRANGING & PREPARING books.
∎ Performing PROOFING, WRITING & WRITING tasks
∎ Checking all contents before sending it for tracing.
∎ Checking MAKE-UP & TRACING files.
∎ Checking and writing COVER & INNER contents.
∎ Creating new ideas & bringing innovation.
∎ Preparing report by comparing our books, its quality, innovation, forme & price with competitor's books.
∎ Guiding the team members and providing them with time-to-time training.
∎ Maintaining communication with the management.
∎ Must always be updated about Textbooks, Syllabus & Marks Distribution in contact with NCTB/NAPE/DSHE.
∎ Initiating/Researching about new books.
∎ Checking new printed books and informing the management about it as quickly as possible.
∎ Maintaining communication with the Sales Team and Teachers.
∎ Ensuring discipline & chain-of-command in the department.
∎ Implementing every decision given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical Experience in education based research sector, publication sector is required.
∎ Leadership and teamwork skill is required.
∎ Previous managerial experience will be preferred.
