Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through Tally-ERP software and manually.
∎ Ensures timely and accurate business/financial reports and plans; presents them to the Partners across all business units to increase financial transparency in management reporting and business line performance
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly management report for Top Management for various stakeholders
∎ Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for program and for the organization
∎ Lead in continuous evaluation and effective implementation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
∎ Conduct the Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning Functions.
∎ Liaison with External Auditor and other Corporate Bodies for various purposes
∎ Maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions
∎ Follow and oversee all LC related activities and adjusting the LC into the Tally Software.
∎ Work with bank for CC Loan, Short-Term Loan and Long-Term Loan as per company demand.
∎ Preparing Asset-Liability statement for the top management demand
∎ Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities strategically.
∎ Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of future growth.
∎ Prepare and analysis of financial statements, Forecasting of cash flow, Costing, Budgeting, profit-loss etc
∎ Ensures the fund received & disbursement/payments & reconcile it time to time.
∎ Monitor banking activities of the organization
∎ Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
∎ Analyze cash flow, cost control guide business leaders.
∎ Review, analyze and recommend the present scenario regarding investment, fund borrowing
∎ Record Journal Voucher to General Journal Book
∎ Record Cash Receipts to Cash Receipts Book
∎ Update General Ledger for the Month & Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts
∎ Prepare accounts for Internal & External Audit
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation
∎ Checking and ensure justification all procurement related bills, vouchers and lead the entire team to ensure that the best price have been fixed.
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ CA/ICMAB/CC qualified will be highly preferred
