Job Context:
∎ Application from eligible candidates who has minimum 10 to 12 years experience with similar job in similar industry (Construction / Real Estate).
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare monthly Financial Report and submit to the management showing overall operating progress and financial position of company.
∎ Producing various types of papers / statements relating to management information and submitting the same for their decision-making purpose as and when necessary.
∎ Studying feasibility & profitability for the new projects and appraising & evaluating capital investment.
∎ Preparing financial proposal for Bank and other Financial Institutions for the project and managing the adequate fund for the project.
∎ Taking appropriate steps in preparing Annual Accounts for the company, initiating necessary action for statutory audit and presents the statutory audit and audited accounts before the management.
∎ Handling & dealing of all the matters relating to Income Tax and acting as a representative on behalf of the company and hence submitting return, producing relevant papers and documents, giving explanation on the fact & events of Income statement & Balance Sheet as submitted the same to the Tax Authority.
∎ Acting as a key person of the procurement committee.
∎ Looking after TDS and VAT.
∎ Preparing MIS showing relevant key information of the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
