Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA, major in Accounting/ Finance/ AIS from a reputed Public University with CMA/ CA (Part qualified: minimum 900 marks completed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop financial planning, institute operational guidelines and ensure compliance of the project. Plan, develop, institute and ensure financial record keeping and regular/periodic reporting as per the need of the zone / Project.
∎ Ensure adequate Accounts & Financial controls are installed. Provide operating Budget to CFO.
∎ Work with the CFO to ensure programmatic success through cost analysis support
∎ Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization. Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
∎ Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff.
∎ Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure recovery plan is in place.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Footwear Industries ,Group of Companies
∎ At least 7 years work experience in export oriented manufacturing company
∎ Good English speaking & writing, familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Bengali typing, etc).
∎ Proficient in financial accounting system, auditing, Tax & VAT affairs, foreign exchanges, LC & Bank related works.
∎ Familiar with the whole process and management of accounting operation, financial accounting and auditing.
∎ Familiar with national financial laws and regulations, VAT & Tax policies and related accounting treatment methods; capable of analysis and judgment.
∎ Good communication skills, able to organize, coordinate and fast respond
∎ Good morals, optimistic, confident, a team player.
∎ Good at thinking and learning, timely learn and master the latest financial knowledge, adapt to the needs
∎ Knowledge in Tally ERP Software is also required
Salary: Negotiable
