Job Description / Responsibility

• Factory MIS & Internal Control System development and reporting.

• Monitor the raw material stock and compile stock report and accordingly present to management.

• Various Cost Analytical Report Like Contribution & Profit Margin Analysis

• Analysis of budget vs. actual.

• Maintenance of cost records, sales, raw material consumption, salary & wages, production overheads, administrative overhead, etc.

• Preparation of project profile & financial model.

• Maintaining all sorts of business communication with Banks and Financial institute.

• Supervise, direct, and review the work of the accounting staff to produce accurate timely monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement

• Check and authorize all cash payment, receipt, journal, sales and other vouchers at factory level.

• Familiar with International Financial Reporting, Standards, International Auditing Standard, Income Tax & VAT Laws, Companies Act etc.

• All other duties as and when referred by the management.

• Eid Bonus, Mobile Bill, and others as per company rules.
