Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and conduct events at the food court to drive foot traffic and enhance the customer experience.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
∎ Lead initiatives to promote new offerings and customer engagement activities.
∎ Develop strategies to attract and retain key customer segments.
∎ Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to encourage repeat visits.
∎ Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their experience.
∎ Oversee social media campaigns and ensure consistent brand presence.
∎ Work closely with the digital marketing team to drive engagement.
