Job Context:
∎ Edges Packaging Ltd is a leading 100% export-oriented garments Accessory & packaging product manufacturing with annual turnover over BDT 30 crore, is now looking for hiring urgently a Manager Accounts & Finance.

∎ Job Location: Baridhara DOHS, Gulshan. Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain books of accounts of the company
∎ Maintain ledger accounts of clients and vendors.
∎ Prepare Financial Reports and Balance Sheet periodically.
∎ Maintain loan accounts and periodically reconcile with bank statements.
∎ Follow-up all bank payment issues on a regular basis.
∎ Processing & reconciling invoices of all parties/clients against all transactions.
∎ Visit clients as may be required for reconciliation of accounts with theirs’.
∎ Assess creditworthiness and business practice, particularly payment behaviour of new clients.
∎ Manage Cash-Flow and to ensure so team-up with the marketing and commercial executives.
∎ Prepare documents, invoices etc. for law suits, as may be required by the lawyer.
∎ Generate financial reports periodically for business, management decision making.
∎ Must be skilled in import & export documentation and processes relating to L/C, insurance, import financing, Shipping, Customs & C&F etc.,
∎ Experience and knowledge about manufacturing accounts having expertise in handling Tally software- ERP 9, Excel, MS Word, Bangla & English Typing.,
∎ Must be skilled in costing & consumption of raw materials and regularly reconcile records with warehouse stocks/Bond records.
∎ Experience in preparation, documentation, submission and filing of Tax/VAT/returns.
∎ Must be skilled in office management both digitally and maintain hard copy by way of filing of all classified, general files and documents.
∎ Must act as Office Super in respect of attendance of employees, maintaining leave records, Issue/Dispatch registers, Office Equipment, Internet, Telephone etc.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Pleasant personality and demeanor.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Must have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Zoom/Google Meet
