Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ 100% Export Oriented Knit Garments
∎ Job Location: Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible of whole Accounts and Finance requirements of the companies.
∎ Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
∎ Assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
∎ Update and implement financial policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash Management, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control.
∎ Advise the top management about overall financial position of the company.
∎ Preparation, analysis and interpreting of financial statement of the company such as Trial Balance, Income statement & Balance Sheet.
∎ Required Vast Knowledge of Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law and advising on TAX & VAT planning.
∎ Management of relationships with banks, accountants, with Top Management and bank law and other professional advisors.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age limit preferably within 55 years
∎ Must have knowledge of software base accounting.
∎ Excellent personality with positive attitude.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments, Textile, or any related organization.
