Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master's degree in Accounting.
∎ CA CC/ Part qualify will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation & implementation of monthly budgets;
∎ Preparation of business plan and provide recommendation to the Management;
∎ Ensure financial transactions are posted into accounting system regularly;
∎ Ensure transactions are supported by proper source document;
∎ Monitoring petty cash transactions;
∎ Ensure bank reconciliation has been prepared timely;
∎ Ensure proper reconciliation with A/C Receivable & A/C Payable.
∎ Ensure Accounting Policy & System has been maintain in all areas of Accounts & Finance Activities.
∎ Check & verify inventory monthly with internal audit team;
∎ Preparing financial statement monthly, quarterly & annually;
∎ Provide management report timely.
∎ Ensure compliance with Tax, VAT & applicable rules & regulations.
∎ Conduct frequent visit to factory to ensure effective operation of accounting & financial system. (At least twice a month)
∎ Dealing with Banks & Financial Institutions regarding its existing & potential debt finance.
∎ Company secretarial job & liaison with banks, RJSC, NBR & External Auditors.
∎ Safekeeping of all financial documents & assets.
∎ Lead, motivate & develop finance department employee.
∎ Any other job as per management instruction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have proficiency in computer.
∎ Must have good commend over tally accounting software
∎ Good communication skill both in writing and speaking.
∎ Applicant having experience in Rice Bran Oil Industry will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
